Digital Marketing Manager (WFH)

About the job:
We're looking for a sharp, proactive marketer who can use AI and automation to build targeted outbound campaigns, generate qualified leads and manage digital content. You should take ownership, move quickly and deliver with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities:

1. Run personalized email and LinkedIn outreach, from prospect research and contact validation to follow-ups and lead tracking.

2. Build AI workflows and agents to automate research, personalization, campaign execution and CRM updates.

3. Manage email domains, authentication, deliverability and sender reputation.

4. Create social media calendars, develop content using AI tools and manage publishing.

5. Test messaging and improve campaigns based on qualified replies, meetings booked and conversions.

Other Requirements:
- 1. Proven experience running outbound campaigns with measurable results nad building a brand
- 2. Hands on proficiency with prospecting and outreach tools such as Apollo, Clay, Instantly or Smart lead.
- 3. Experience building working automations using Make, n8n or Zapier, alongside AI tools such as Chatbot or Claude.
- 4. Practical experience developing and deploying AgenticAI workflows.
- 5. Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, email deliverability and CASL requirements.
- 6. Strong writing, initiative and the ability to independently troubleshoot and execute.
- 7. Good communication and presentation skills
