Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for Soholat and its clients. The ideal candidate will have strong agency experience, a deep understanding of the Saudi market, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and digital channels simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
- Lead and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant digital platforms .
- Oversee performance marketing , including campaign setup, optimization, budget allocation, and ROI/ROAS analysis.
- Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and conversion optimization .
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics, including CPA, CPL, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition performance .
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, design, social media, and account management teams.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities in the Saudi and GCC markets .
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale successful strategies.
- Support client pitches, proposals, and the development of digital marketing strategies for new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and support junior digital marketing and performance marketing team members.
