DevOps Engineer
About DuploCloud
DuploCloud is a software platform that allows engineering teams to achieve their infrastructure automation, security and compliance goals by offering DevOps-as-a-Service. We strive to make DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code accessible for everyone; where application developers can focus on building applications rather than writing thousands of lines of code to automate well known operational workflows and compliance standards. DuploCloud is a venture backed company, Series-B funded by WestBridge Capital and StepStone Group.
About DuploCloud
DuploCloud is an AI-native DevOps automation platform that delivers the AI DevOps Engineer, an always-on teammate that builds, secures, and manages cloud infrastructure. Instead of relying on scripts and fragmented tooling, DuploCloud uses agentic AI to execute real operational tasks across provisioning, compliance, Kubernetes, observability, and cost optimization.
Built on a unified automation layer with security and compliance embedded by design, DuploCloud abstracts complex Infrastructure as Code into a streamlined, self-service experience. Engineering teams move faster, reduce operational overhead, and scale without adding DevOps headcount.
Backed by Mayfield, WestBridge Capital and StepStone Group,, DuploCloud sits at the intersection of AI, cloud infrastructure, and security, helping modern teams deploy and operate with speed, safety, and confidence. It is a place where builders can work on meaningful AI infrastructure challenges, move quickly, and have real impact as the company scales.
About the role:
DuploCloud is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our customer-facing engineering team, working at the intersection of cloud architecture, security, and hands-on implementation. In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to understand their applications and translate them into modern cloud infrastructure using the DuploCloud platform — from dockerizing apps still running on VMs to standing up centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting. You'll also help customers navigate compliance frameworks like SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and HITRUST, and support them through security and InfoSec audits. A typical day might involve working through a customer's onboarding roadmap, troubleshooting a container deployment, and jumping on a call to walk a customer through their infrastructure setup. It's a fast-paced, high-exposure role for someone excited to build broad DevOps expertise while making a direct impact on customers' cloud journeys.
