As a Development Operations Analyst, you will partner with our Developers, owners, and investors to grow our managed and franchised hotel estate and leverage our global expertise to develop our industry leading brands. On the Global Development Operations team reporting to the VP Global Development Operations, you will focus on supporting Focused- and Full-Service deals across the Southwestern region of the US.
What you'll do during a typical day:

- Coordinate development pipeline reporting, transaction materials, and internal diligence documentation across cross-functional stakeholders. Utilize the Business Intelligence tools to research markets, analyze performance data, and uncover potential opportunities or restrictions for development.

- Create and develop visual presentations for the Development team. Pull, research, or enter data into spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and/or databases, and synthesize the data into clear, client- and executive-facing narratives.

- Maintain and promote good relationships with all team members within Legal, Business Analytics, AD&C, Operations, Feasibility, Brand, Communications, Commercial, Marketing, Loyalty, and other Hilton departments to streamline the development process.
