Delivery Operations Specialist

This is a newly created opportunity for a delivery operations professional to help drive predictable, efficient, and high-quality customer project execution. You will work closely with Technical Account Managers, Agile Leads, delivery teams, customers, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. The role combines project controls, financial management, resource planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. You will help maintain accurate forecasts, identify risks and variances early, and ensure project commitments remain visible and achievable. The position is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating complex workflows, and continuously improving operational processes. You will also have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in project management, customer delivery, and technical account management within a growing healthcare technology environment.

Accountabilities:
- Support Technical Account Managers and Agile Leads across the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of customer projects, ensuring scope, schedules, budgets, quality, and customer commitments remain on track.

- Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, action registers, and governance documentation to provide accurate visibility into project execution.

- Manage project financial information based on approved delivery plans and forecasts, including budgets, revenue forecasts, effort estimates, resource forecasts, billable utilization, milestone forecasts, and financial reconciliation.

- Analyze financial and operational variances, identify corrective actions, and provide recommendations to delivery leaders and project stakeholders.

- Maintain schedules, financial data, resource demand, assignments, time tracking, and operational reporting within the enterprise project and resource management system, ensuring information remains accurate, complete, and aligned with approved forecasts.

- Prepare executive-level project reporting covering project health, financial performance, forecast accuracy, schedule progress, resource utilization, risks, customer commitments, and recommended actions.

- Coordinate customer meetings, action items, issue resolution, dependencies, risk mitigation, change requests, and Statement of Work updates while ensuring timely follow-through and accountability.

- Identify resource conflicts, capacity constraints, changing forecasts, and other delivery issues, escalating them promptly and maintaining approved resource changes within the relevant systems.

- Monitor project performance through financial trends, schedule performance, forecast accuracy, utilization, delivery metrics, and project controls to identify risks and improve predictability.

- Coordinate communication among customers, Technical Account Managers, Agile Leads, delivery teams, leadership, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure decisions, information, and commitments remain aligned.

- Maintain complete project governance records, including financial documentation, decision and change logs, project repositories, meeting records, schedules, RAID logs, and customer communications.

- Identify risks, issues, financial variances, schedule impacts, and customer concerns early, escalating them with practical mitigation recommendations.

- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, financial reporting, forecasting accuracy, governance, operational efficiency, and overall delivery performance.

Requirements

- 4–5+ years of experience supporting internal clients or business units in an IT, software implementation, healthcare technology, professional services, or similar environment.
