The Deal Desk Analyst applies developing professional expertise to support deal pricing, documentation, quote creation, and contract coordination across the quote-to-cash process. This role partners with Sales, Rev Ops, Legal, Finance, and Accounting to ensure deals are accurate and executed in alignment with company policies. The Deal Desk Analyst contributes to deal analysis, system updates, and reporting while operating within established guidelines. Work is performed with moderate independence, with a focus on building business acumen and deal support capabilities. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Process and validate standard deal requests including quoting, pricing configuration, and order form preparation.

Review incoming deal submissions for completeness, policy compliance, and routing requirements prior to analyst review.

Support senior analysts on complex deal packages including data gathering, document preparation, and Salesforce/CPQ updates.

Serve as the first point of contact for standard Sales inquiries related to quote building, pricing, product configuration, and quote status.

Maintain deal records and documentation with a high degree of accuracy across CRM and CPQ systems; submit, track, and manage Jira tickets with EA.

Assist with contract and order form administration including version tracking, template management, and execution coordination.

Generate routine deal desk reports and dashboards tracking queue volume, turnaround times, and open approvals.

Learn and apply deal desk policies, discount governance frameworks, and approval matrices with increasing independence over time.

Participate in team process improvement initiatives and contribute to documentation of standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

-
1+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations or support, or a business operations role

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field or equivalent work experience

High attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Eagerness to learn SaaS commercial concepts including pricing, deal structures, and contract basics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Desired Skills:

- SaaS or FinTech exposure is a plus.

Exposure to complex Product and Pricing structures
