Customer Training Consultant - Workforce Solutions
Overview
The Customer Training Consultant is responsible for designing and delivering best practice training programs and tools to educate internal and external users on symplr solutions, specifically Workforce.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct and coordinate training activities to support clients or internal teams using a variety of mediums, including on-site learning, e-learning, quick reference guides, and virtual meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback regarding curriculum delivery experiences; consult with internal and external users to conduct needs assessments
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and services
- Partner with Instructional Design and Learning Technology teams to review new training curriculum
- Develop, maintain and distribute all software training documentation including, but not limited to, various user type audiences, media (job aides, videos, eLearning), and knowledge base systems.
- Effectively communicate and execute best practices for internal and external training engagements
- Handle challenging client requests or escalate issues as needed
- Advise on best practice functionality and processes to assist clients in integrating symplr solutions with their organization’s business practices
- Continually grow product, functional, and industry knowledge through training, research, and collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver exceptional client service
- Adopt department operational standards and procedures to maximize team efficiencies
- Ensure timely completion of administrative activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Travel 25%
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years of training, teaching, or instructing experience
- Strong technical aptitude including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Successful technical content delivery (classroom and e-learning), with a consultative aptitude experience
- Strong presentation skills and demonstrated consulting ability
- Strong project management skills, strategic thinking skills, and experience navigating clients through change
- Healthcare industry, credentialing verification, or compliance experience
- SASS training experience
