About The Role

Corwyn (an Oddin.gg company) is looking for an Integration and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for integration of Corwyn services to client platforms, providing technical support and advice to customers, and performing technical and operational coordination between the customers and different teams in the company.

Main Responsibilities

- Integrate and support Corwyn sportsbook products on customers’ platforms, following established processes.

- Work closely with customers’ IT departments and internal product, development, and sales teams, with the aim of integrating new or supporting existing customers of the company.

- Communicate directly with international B2B customers.

- Handle multiple customers at different locations.

- Take ownership of, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.

Requirements

- Knowledge of Sports Betting industry and proficiency of how sportsbook products work.

- Technical education OR adequate experience.

- Proficient use of the English language. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.

- Communication and general social skills - ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

- Experience with technical support/sales operations.

- Basic understanding of web technology and communication protocols.

- Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn about the Esports ecosystem.

- Being teamwork-orientated.

- Problem-solving attitude, with self-initiative and an eye for detail.

- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, technical skills, and technologies.

- Desire and possibility to travel.

- Positive attitude, diplomacy, and approachability.

- A knack for digital products and technology.

- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge

- Basic programming knowledge

- XML & JSON knowledge

- Basic API and database knowledge
