Head of Customer Service: E-commerce

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Customer Service to join our growing e-commerce company.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage a small Customer Service team (currently fewer than 10 people)

Build and improve our Customer Service system from scratch

Create and maintain CS trackers, processes, SOPs, and workflows

Monitor team performance and ensure excellent customer support

Help structure the CS department as the company continues to scale

Work closely with other teams to improve the overall customer experience

Adapt to and help implement tools and systems such as Notion

What we’re looking for

Strong experience in e-commerce Customer Service

Previous experience managing or leading a CS team

Hands-on experience with Commslayer is highly preferred

Comfortable building CS systems, trackers, and processes from the ground up

Familiarity with Notion or similar productivity/project management tools

Highly organized, proactive, and process-oriented

Able to adapt quickly in a fast-growing company

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
