Customer Service Agent – AI & Technology
We are an e-commerce company looking for a Customer Service Agent – AI & Technology to join our team. This role combines day-to-day customer support with opportunities to work on AI, automation, and customer service technology. This will be a remote/telecommute position.
What You’ll Do
- Assist e-commerce customers through email, chat, and phone

- Troubleshoot customer, order, and product-related issues

- Help implement, monitor, test, and improve AI customer service tools

- Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation

- Troubleshoot technical issues and help connect different systems

- Test and help implement new tools and processes

What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience

- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills are required

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Good technical and problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with AI tools and automation

- Ability to learn new systems quickly and research solutions independently

- Experience with e-commerce, APIs, integrations, programming, CRM, or helpdesk platforms is a plus
