About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Call purchase and procurement desks at overseas food importers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, the UK, and East Africa from verified customs-manifest lead lists (cotton, pulses, basmati/non-basmati rice, turmeric, cumin, and black pepper).

2. Navigate switchboards to reach the category buyer, and qualify which commodities they import, their monthly volumes, and their payment terms preference (FOB, CIF, LC, DA).

3. Secure agreement to receive TGK Agro's specification sheet and indicative quote from the Export Director (warm handoff, not cold closing).

4. Log every call outcome in the CRM tracker with call recordings linked.

Other Requirements:
- 1. 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or outbound calling at a merchant exporter, freight forwarder, customs brokerage, or agri-commodity trading house.
- 2. Comfortable with export trade terms (FOB, CIF, LC, DA, Sortex grades, and phytosanitary documents).
- 3. Excellent spoken English.
- 4. Conversational Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage.
