Position: Corporate Lawyers — Occupation Research Survey
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Complete a written survey to identify dimensions that distinguish jobs within corporate law.

- Write concise notes and clarify unfamiliar terms as needed.

- Provide insights based on your professional perspective without additional research.

- Ensure responses are general and exclude confidential details.

- Respond in English using your own experience.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 5+ years of hands-on corporate-law experience.

- Current or recent experience with the U.S. professional context.

- Experience as a practicing lawyer in a law firm or in-house role.

- Ability to describe the occupation from direct professional experience.
