About the role

We're looking for an experienced Corporate Counsel to join our team and serve as a trusted legal partner across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with business leaders, solving problems, and helping a company grow while making thoughtful decisions about risk. You'll work directly with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, providing practical legal guidance that helps teams move forward with confidence.

You'll own our commercial contracting process end-to-end, including negotiating customer and vendor agreements, maintaining our platform's legal documentation, and advising on product, privacy, and regulatory matters.

As our sole in-house attorney, you'll have a great deal of ownership and the opportunity to help shape how Legal operates at Alpine IQ . We're looking for someone comfortable working independently, who knows when to bring in outside expertise, and who can turn complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that Legal protects the business while helping it succeed.
