POSITION SUMMARY & PURPOSE

ABA Centers of America provides year-round therapeutic intervention for children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorder using the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Services are delivered in clinic, home, and community settings.

This dual-role 1099 contractor position combines the clinical responsibilities of a Licensed Psychologist (under the Director of the Diagnostic Services Department) with those of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The contractor will complete psychological/neuropsychological evaluations, review and sign reports, supervise and train diagnostic staff, and also maintain a caseload of 6–9 learners receiving insurance-funded or private-pay ABA services. POSITION ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Psychologist / Diagnostic Services

- Provide comprehensive neuropsychological, psychological, and/or psychoeducational evaluations of clients with referral concerns related to learning, behavioral, emotional, and/or social difficulties.

- Conduct in-person and/or virtual evaluations.

- Provide written and oral feedback to clients (or legal guardians) regarding results, diagnostic impressions, and recommendations.

- Compile written reports detailing evaluation findings, diagnosis(es), and recommendations for the medical record and sharing with patients/guardians and referral sources (in accordance with HIPAA).

- Ensure timely documentation upload per departmental policy.

- Provide direct supervision (individual/group) and training of Neuropsychological Testing/Assessment to Diagnostic Specialists (Psychometrists/Technicians).
