Are you an experienced management consultant or corporate strategy professional looking to apply your expertise to the next generation of artificial intelligence? In this role, you will contribute to training and evaluating advanced AI systems by producing and reviewing high-quality consulting deliverables. You will work on realistic business scenarios involving mergers and acquisitions, investment analysis, post-merger integration, and strategic and operational decision-making. Your mission will be to transform complex, sometimes conflicting information into structured, evidence-based recommendations that meet professional consulting standards. You will apply advanced financial modeling, analytical reasoning, and commercial judgment to develop actionable insights and decision-ready outputs. Accountabilities

Consulting Deliverable Development: Produce and evaluate expert-level consulting outputs, including investment cases, M&A assessments, strategic recommendations, operational analyses, and executive-ready business documents.

Financial and Investment Analysis: Develop and review financial models covering EBITDA normalization, company valuation, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), three-statement modeling, acquisition debt structuring, covenant analysis, and financial sensitivities.

Post-Merger Integration Planning: Create and assess integration strategies, including synergy realization timelines, one-time integration costs, operating pro forma analyses, and implementation narratives.

Complex Information Synthesis: Analyze large volumes of source material, including data rooms, due diligence reports, internal memoranda, financial information, and stakeholder guidance, to develop coherent and well-supported conclusions.

Source Evaluation and Critical Judgment: Assess the reliability, relevance, and timeliness of available information, distinguishing credible evidence from outdated, contradictory, or misleading inputs.

Strategic and Operational Recommendations: Formulate actionable recommendations grounded in quantitative analysis, business fundamentals, clearly stated assumptions, and a thorough assessment of risks and potential outcomes.

Client-Ready Documentation: Prepare concise, structured, executive-quality memoranda, financial models, and recommendations that communicate findings, uncertainties, risks, and conditions for decision-making.

AI Training and Evaluation: Apply consulting expertise to assess the quality, accuracy, rigor, and practical relevance of AI-generated work, helping improve the ability of advanced AI systems to perform complex consulting tasks.

Independent Project Ownership: Manage assigned engagements from initial problem diagnosis through analysis, deliverable development, and final review, maintaining high standards of quality and analytical integrity.

Requirements:

Professional Experience: At least 4 years of experience at a leading consulting or advisory firm, such as a top-tier management consultancy, Big Four strategy or transaction advisory practice, corporate strategy team, post-merger integration or operations consultancy, or specialized boutique advisory firm. Equivalent experience in an in-house corporate development role is also relevant.

Structured Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to break down ambiguous business problems, evaluate competing hypotheses, and develop defensible recommendations.

Financial and Business Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, business strategy, transaction dynamics, and operational performance.

Advanced Financial Modeling: Demonstrated proficiency in LBO modeling, three-statement financial models, pro forma analysis, valuation, debt structuring, covenant analysis, and sensitivity testing.

Research and Information Assessment: Ability to synthesize complex datasets and extensive documentation, evaluate source credibility, identify inconsistencies, and draw reliable conclusions from incomplete or conflicting evidence.

Executive-Level Communication: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, logically structured, and professionally polished consulting deliverables.

Decision-Making Under Ambiguity: Confidence in making reasoned judgments, articulating assumptions, identifying risks, and recommending appropriate actions even when information is incomplete.

Independent Working Style: Proven ability to take ownership of an engagement end-to-end, manage priorities autonomously, and deliver high-quality results without continuous supervision.
