- Lead progress meetings and facilitate timely issue resolution.

- Implement project QA/QC and document-control requirements.

- Support claims avoidance, dispute documentation, final acceptance, and lessons learned.

- Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned to meet project, client, and organizational needs.

- Equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.

What You Need to Succeed:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field preferred;

- At least seven years of progressive construction management, inspection, owner's representative, or contractor experience.

- Ability to read plans and specifications and manage cost, schedule, quality, and documentation.

- Ability to communicate professionally, manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and produce accurate, well-organized work.

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and the ability to learn client and company systems.

- CCM, PMP, PE, RA, OSHA, ICC, or comparable credential.

- Public infrastructure, housing rehabilitation/reconstruction, federally funded construction, or disaster recovery experience.
