POSITION SUMMARY:

- Develop and implement communication strategies and plans that support organizational objectives, business priorities, and stakeholder engagement.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop clear, timely, and audience-focused messaging across email, intranet, presentations, digital platforms, meetings, and other communication channels.

- Create, edit, and distribute communication materials while maintaining consistent organizational voice, messaging, processes, templates, and best practices.

- Translate complex or technical information into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences and provide communication coaching and guidance to stakeholders.

- Coordinate communication initiatives, monitor effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve engagement, alignment, and overall communication effectiveness.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Three or more years of professional communications, public relations, marketing communications, or related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with demonstrated experience developing and executing communication strategies and initiatives.

- Excellent storytelling and content development capabilities with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.

- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience supporting corporate or professional services communications, organizational change, employee communications, or marketing communications preferred with up to 10% travel as needed.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
