Commercial Finance Director, Asia

Cielo Executive Search is seeking an exceptional Commercial Finance Director to lead and manage financial operations across our Client's Packaging vertical in the APAC region. This pivotal role will focus on driving financial performance and optimizing profitability. As a strategic and results-driven professional, you will be critical in supporting decision-making processes, ensuring the alignment of financial strategies with the overall business objectives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a commercial finance role, with a minimum of 10 years in a finance position within a multinational or regional organization. You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders. Excellent leadership and people management skills are essential, with experience leading diverse teams across geographies. Proficiency in financial software tools (e.g. One Stream, Hyperion, SAP, Power BI) and advanced Excel skills are required.
Education

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant professional certification (CMA, CPA) is preferred.
