We are currently seeking a GCP Cloud Architect to join our team in Mexico

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions on GCP.

- Lead cloud transformation and migration projects from assessment through deployment.

- Define cloud architecture standards, governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

- Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams.

- Drive cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.

- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to global teams and clients.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, Architecture, or Cloud Engineering.

- Professional Google Cloud Architect Certification (required).

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).

- Expertise in:
- Compute Engine

- GKE & Containers

- Cloud Networking (VPC, VPN, Load Balancing, DNS)

- IAM & Security

- Cloud Storage Services

- Cloud SQL, Spanner, and Bigtable

- Monitoring & Logging

DevOps & Automation

- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

- Experience with Ansible and cloud automation.

- Python and Unix Shell scripting skills.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Docker.

- Experience building and managing Kubernetes-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- CKA and/or CKAD certifications.

- Experience with Anthos and Service Mesh.

- Knowledge of Splunk and Spark on GKE.

- ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL-based environments.

Soft Skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven technical leadership capabilities.

- Results-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones.
