📞 What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound calls (inbound heavy).

- Follow up consistently with non-enrollments and warm leads.

- Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and strong pipeline management.

- Engage with leads through calls, texts, and follow-ups until resolution.

- Collaborate with the team via Slack and internal tools.

- Communicate with excellence and deliver a world-class client experience .

💼 Requirements

1+ year of proven sales experience , ideally in closing roles.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and meticulous record keeping.

Elite follow-up skills — persistent, organized, proactive.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with Slack.

- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated, hard-working, and thrives in a high-performance environment.

💰 Compensation

Commission Rates by Product Price:

- Up to $1,000: earn 20% commission
