Position: Clinical Data Manager / CDISC
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100–$150/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20–25 hours/week
Role Responsibilities

- Lead clinical data generation . Ensure every artifact reconciles across protocols, datasets, TLFs, and narratives.

- Validate synthetic data rooms for realism, internal consistency, and traceability.

- Design prompts, golden outputs, and rubrics to quantify AI agent capabilities.

- Enforce cross-file consistency to ensure patient data integrity across raw data and TLFs.

- Manage CDISC and SDTM conformance work and EDC build through database lock.

- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance .

Qualifications

Must-Have

- 5+ years of experience.

- Managerial oversight of entire clinical data rooms.

- Hands-on experience with CDISC and SDTM .

- Comfortable with EDC build through database lock.

- Location: US or Canada .

Preferred

- 10–25 years of experience.

- 30+ hours/week availability.
