This Opportunity:

Join our wastewater infrastructure team to support the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of water treatment and wastewater treatment projects

-
Develop creative solutions to complex water and wastewater treatment and conveyance challenges, working closely with our team of engineers, designers and other professionals

-
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to deliver innovative project solutions

Build and strengthen client relationships in collaboration with experienced project managers

This opportunity is open to candidates residing in MN, WI, IA, NE, KS or TX

Essential Qualifications:

-
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field

-
Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months

-
Experience in the design and construction of municipal, state, federal, or industrial drinking water or wastewater treatment projects

-
Knowledge of water / wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

-
Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater treatment or conveyance projects

-
Eight (8) years of experience designing and/or managing drinking water projects, including treatment, wells and pumphouses, storage facilities, booster stations, and distribution systems

-
Knowledge of regional water and wastewater issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base

-
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

-
Ability to scope and budget new drinking and wastewater facility projects and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-
Proficiency in project management software and tools
