Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

-
15 years of experience in program or project management.

-
Experience with program management spanning planning, execution, and project delivery, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience building communications designed for executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in direct or supporting role in a field / go-to-market organization.

Outstanding program management skills, with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.

Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, with demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems resulting in business impact.

About the Job:

The Chief of Staff role sits in the office of the Managing Director of Global Security customer Engineering, and will be responsible for supporting the Global Security CE leadership team in shaping, driving, and monitoring initiatives aligned to key business outcomes.

You will partner with the Global Security Customer Engineering Lead and their directors, to develop and cascade high impact programs to advance executive priorities, including business cadence agendas, communications plans and content creation, internal and external meeting briefings, culture and recognition initiatives, and other strategic programs.

This is a high visibility, highly collaborative role, where you will team across functions and product areas with GTM leadership, executive offices, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, People Operations, and Communications, among others. The candidate will be comfortable working across multiple concurrent initiatives with strong attention to detail, ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a strong ability to translate ambiguous problem statements into workstreams and programs and influence cross functional execution and all levels.

The role will report to the Global Security Customer Engineering Leader, and play an integral role in a dynamic and high-impact team, with the end goal of delivering the greatest possible value and best possible experiences to Google Cloud’s stakeholders and audiences.
