Rackspace Technology is seeking an exceptional finance executive to serve as Chief Financial Officer for its GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) business. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer of Rackspace Technology, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the General Manager of the GPU-as-a-Service business, to build and scale one of Rackspace's highest-growth businesses.

The CFO will serve as the financial architect of the GPUaaS business, providing strategic leadership across capital allocation, financial planning, infrastructure investment, commercial finance, pricing, investor support, and operational performance. As Rackspace builds a standalone AI infrastructure business, the CFO will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, balancing startup agility with the financial rigor expected of a public company. This is a highly visible leadership role that will influence strategic decisions across product investment, GPU fleet expansion, data center economics, customer economics, pricing strategy, and capital deployment.
