Career Development Consultant (WFH & Part Time)

About the job:
We are looking for a driven Career Development Consultant who will be responsible for guiding prospective students, jobseekers, or professionals in making informed career decisions. The role involves counseling, relationship management, admissions/sales conversion, and helping individuals choose the right career path, educational program, or professional opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a safe environment and has a strong background in B2C sales, especially in the EdTech/Education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct personalised career counselling sessions (30-45 mins) via video calls.

2. Guide to career planning, up skilling, and job market opportunities.

3. Communicate program details clearly and align them with individual goals.

4. Ensure all meetings are conducted professionally (camera on, good lighting, minimal noise).

5. Maintain records of meetings and enrolments.

6. Achieve a minimum of 100 meetings per month. (3-4 meetings per day).

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Monthly performance incentives for higher meetings and conversions.

2. Per Meeting:150/-

3. Per Closures: 350/-
