Job Details

- Updates governed dashboards, reports, and visualization outputs to support consistent and trusted business decision-making.

- Monitors data quality, reporting accuracy, and dashboard performance to identify issues that may affect metric reliability and user confidence.

- Tracks KPI definitions, reporting dependencies, and data changes to maintain consistency across business intelligence outputs.

- Verifies source data, business rules, and reporting logic to support governed metrics and aligned stakeholder expectations.

- Troubleshoots reporting defects, data inconsistencies, and dashboard issues by applying structured analysis and sound judgment.

- Complies with established data governance, reporting standards, and documentation requirements to support controlled and scalable analytics delivery.

- Documents metric definitions, reporting logic, data rules, and process updates to improve transparency, repeatability, and cross-team alignment.

- Inputs approved changes to dashboards, reporting configurations, and governed data products in line with defined requirements and standards.

- Debugs reporting issues and tests business intelligence solutions to improve reliability, usability, and delivery quality.

- Validates dashboards, reports, and visualization outputs against requirements, KPI definitions, and quality expectations before release.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, computer science, information systems, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, data visualization, analytics engineering, or a related field required.

- Certifications in dashboard development, data modeling, data analysis, or data governance practices preferred.

- Certifications in business intelligence, data analytics, data visualization, reporting platforms, cloud data technologies, or analytics tools preferred.

Full time Salary Range*

$62,400 - 97,900
*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/NewYork/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
