Compensation:1500 AUD / Month

Who We Are: At Hunt St we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is:

The client is a leading transformation consultancy providing project delivery services across financial services, regulated businesses, and digital and platform businesses.
Role Overview:

The client is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist (Recruitment) to join their growing team.

This is a predominantly business development-focused role, with approximately 80% of the position focused on generating new business and 20% on recruitment delivery.

The primary focus will be identifying companies with recruitment needs, engaging key decision-makers, generating new opportunities, and converting those opportunities into clients. The recruitment function is supported by automated sourcing and screening processes, allowing this role to focus on building strong client relationships and driving new business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of winning new business, with hands-on experience in outbound prospecting, booking meetings with decision-makers, and converting prospects into clients. They should be able to demonstrate measurable results from their business development efforts.

While recruitment experience is valuable, strong business development experience is the priority. A proven business developer with some recruitment exposure would be a stronger fit than an experienced recruiter without a demonstrated history of generating new business.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition (80%)

- Identify and target companies with current or potential recruitment and talent requirements.

- Conduct outbound business development activities through LinkedIn, email, phone, networking, and other relevant channels.

- Research and identify key decision-makers, including hiring managers, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and senior executives.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

- Initiate conversations with prospective clients and confidently communicate the value of the Company's recruitment and talent solutions.

- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and develop opportunities through the sales process.

- Convert prospects into new clients and build long-term commercial relationships.

- Manage follow-ups and maintain consistent engagement throughout the business development cycle.

- Track business development activity, pipeline performance, meetings booked, opportunities generated, and clients won.

- Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

- Develop a strong understanding of client needs, market trends, and recruitment requirements across key industries.

Recruitment Delivery (20%)

- Manage the recruitment pipeline supported by the Company's automated sourcing and screening processes.

- Review and manage candidate pipelines to ensure relevant candidates are progressing appropriately.

- Prepare high-quality candidate shortlists based on client requirements.

- Review candidate profiles and assess suitability against role requirements.

- Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process when required.

- Support the delivery of recruitment assignments generated through successful business development activities.

- Maintain accurate and up-to
