Business Development Rep (BDR) – Remote, US Financial Clients – $5/hr + Big Bonuses
Intersection Advisory helps top US financial advisors find their next firm. We need a Business Development Rep to call US financial advisors and book short intro meetings for our team.
What you'll do:
- Make 150+ outbound calls a day from our dialer and lists
- Have short, confident conversations and book meetings on our calendar
- Log every call and result in our CRM
Who wins here:
- Native-level English with a clear, warm voice
- You stay steady after a lot of no's and keep dialing
- You work well alone and show up every day, on time
- Honest about your numbers, good days and bad
- Sales, call center, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Pay: $5/hour plus generous bonuses for every meeting booked and shown. Top reps earn well above base.
Hours: Full time, US Eastern business hours.
