ROLE OVERVIEW
The Business Analyst for Shared Services is responsible for fully supporting all reporting and analysis needs related to the company’s Revenue Cycle Management, Customer Care or Credentialing operations.
COMPENSATION: $66,000 - $80,000/annually in addition to a competitive bonus plan
RESPONSIBILITIES

Report development and process standardization, simplification, and automation.

Writing reports, queries, and data mining from multiple data sources.

Ad hoc business analysis and solution recommendations.

Support annual budgeting process and multi-year outlook.

Manage projects from conception to implementation.

Articulate analytical findings to internal or external customers.

Produce and distribute required reports timely (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).

Create accurate analytical models using best practices, in accordance with customer needs and conforming to agreed standards.

Communicate results in a clear and concise manner.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
-
3 years’ experience with 1+ year of experience with large-scale business intelligence and/or analytics.

Familiarity with healthcare industry and insurance payer reimbursement analysis.

Knowledge of Accounting regulations and Financial Reporting.

Intermediate to advanced technical skills in MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, VBA automation routines, SQL, Other ODBC databases and report writing software.

Ability to extract and present meaningful information out of large data sets.

Experience leading and presenting analytical results.
-
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and tasks.
