BIM Coordinator

We are looking for a BIM modeller to join our BIM team and work with our design team on various projects across APAC.

Role tasks and responsibilities:

The candidate must have the ability to conduct the following:

- Creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software.

- Regularly collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team.

- Ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.

- Use BIM to support constructability reviews, quantity take-offs, and operations during the project’s lifecycle.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different BIM models and disciplines and stay current on updates and advancements in BIM technology.

Requirements

- The will and ability to support the design team to support on all BIM works.

- Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.

- Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans.

- Advanced math and computer skills.

- Creativity and artistic ability.

- An Engineering degree in civil or architectural engineering is preferred, or what is equivalent to that in years of experience

- Strong communication skills – written and oral (informal and presentation to board level).
