Position: Bilingual Spanish Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type: Contract
Compensation: $43–$47/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities

- Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across a range of sensitive subject areas.

- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.

- Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and accuracy.

- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model handling of sensitive topics.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish . Business-level written English .

- A Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress.

- Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.

- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

- Based in Spain or the wider Western Europe region.

- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.

- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
