Key Responsibilities:

- Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods.

- Effectively manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

- Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

- Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.

- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.

- Continuously share market insights and recommendations to enhance the recruitment process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a startup environment.

- Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools.

- Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience recruiting for technical or hard-to-fill roles.

- Familiarity with employer branding strategies and digital outreach.
