Associate Principal Engineer, ServiceNow(CMDB,ITOM,ITSM)

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience: 9+years

- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and Integrations

- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices

- Experience in implementing and supporting ITSM and ITOM solutions

- Experience in CMDB management and Service Mapping implementation

- Experience in other ServiceNow modules such as SPM, GRC, or HRSD

- ITIL knowledge is preferred

- ServiceNow certification in any module is preferred

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Experience in developing technical solutions and performing integration testing

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work effectively in a global delivery environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with the ServiceNow team to implement ServiceNow solutions across global locations

- Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications

- Understand business needs and align them with standardized processes and solution design

- Prepare technical specifications and implementation documents

- Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements

- Support CMDB implementation, maintenance, and optimization activities

- Implement and support Service Mapping solutions

- Perform component integration testing and ensure quality delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and provide technical recommendations

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
