The Associate Director, Channel Development defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Associate Director, Channel Development requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).
The Associate Director, Growth Acquisition & Engagement is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of mail order pharmacy enrollment, retention, and utilization initiatives. This role owns end-to-end growth outcomes across inbound and outbound contact center channels, partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless, high-converting, omni-channel member experience that drives pharmacy growth, engagement, and long-term member value.
The Associate Director serves as the primary business leader for acquisition and retention performance, leveraging data-driven insights, member journey optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable business results
The Associate Director develops key performance indicators to drive sales program effectiveness and to ensure cost efficiencies. Provide data driven expertise and management reporting to improve sales performance and increase market share. Develop go to market strategies and identify new business opportunities to increase overall sales portfolio. Identify key areas of improvement through trend and utilization analysis. Collaborate closely with business leaders, marketing and finance to ensure effective, strategic, and competitive sales plans. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
- 6 or more years of experience in the health solutions industry with demonstrated success directing and leading teams
- Proven track record driving conversion, retention, and growth outcomes through multi-channel strategies.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and performance management capabilities.
- Experience leveraging customer data and insights to improve acquisition and engagement outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable business impact.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting financial trends
- Executive presence
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
