Associate Creative Designer (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Design creatives for LinkedIn, email campaigns, digital advertising, websites, and other B2B marketing channels.

2. Create professional presentations, product brochures, solution briefs, case studies, infographics, and sales collateral.

3. Translate technical product information and campaign briefs into clear, visually engaging designs.

4. Develop event and webinar materials, including invitations, banners, booth graphics, backdrops, and promotional creatives.

5. Maintain consistent branding, typography, colours, and visual quality across digital and print materials.

6. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop designs suited to the target audience and campaign objectives.

7. Create simple motion graphics and edit short videos for product promotions, social media, and events.

8. Adapt and resize approved designs for different platforms, formats, and placements.

9. Manage multiple design assignments, incorporate feedback, and deliver final assets within agreed timelines.

10. Prepare production-ready files, check specifications, and coordinate with printing or production vendors when required.

11. Organise editable source files, brand assets, and reusable templates for efficient team access.
