Appointment Setter: Instagram DMs + GoHighLevel (Part-Time, US Agency)

We are a small social media marketing agency in California. We run Instagram content and Meta ads for local businesses: med spas, sports academies, tax firms, auto brokers, home design companies and fitness coaches.

When our ads work, people send a message. Your job is to answer those messages and turn them into booked calls, consults and appointments for our clients.

This is not cold outreach. Most people messaging you have already raised their hand. Speed and follow-up are what turn them into a booking.

What you will do every day

Handle Instagram DMs across 5 to 7 client accounts

Reply to every new message at each of your three daily check-ins

Ask a few simple questions, then book the person onto a call or appointment

Follow up with people who go quiet, at least five times over two to three weeks

Log every person who replies in the client’s lead sheet or CRM the same day

Keep our GoHighLevel CRM clean and make small updates from written instructions

Post a short update at each check-in: what you did, what you booked, what is stuck

What you will be measured on

Appointments booked per account, every week. This is the main number.

Every open lead has a follow-up date that is not overdue

Every person who replies is logged the same day

Zero messages sent from the wrong account, or with the wrong price, program, or link

Problems raised the same day you find them

You are a good fit if

You have booked appointments from DMs or chat for a business

You have used GoHighLevel, not just logged in once

Your written English is clear and natural

You read the whole message before you reply

You tell us what you finished before we have to ask

When something is unclear, you ask before you guess
