About the Role
At Pavago , one of our clients is hiring an Appointment Setter to connect with prospects, qualify interest, and consistently book qualified meetings for the sales team.
This is a high-activity, execution-focused sales support role. Your primary responsibility is simple: turn leads and outreach conversations into scheduled sales meetings.
You’ll work across phone, email, CRM, and scheduling platforms , maintain consistent follow-up, and ensure prospects receive a professional experience from first contact through their booked meeting.
If you’re confident communicating with prospects, comfortable with outbound activity, and highly organized with follow-ups and scheduling, this role is a strong fit.
What You’ll Own
Lead Engagement & Outreach
Engage prospects through:
- Outbound calls
- LinkedIn and direct messaging
- Lead lists
- Inbound inquiries
You’ll:
- Start professional conversations with prospects
- Confirm interest in the company’s services
- Ask basic qualification questions
- Identify prospect needs and potential fit
- Follow up consistently with unresponsive or interested leads
- Move qualified prospects toward a scheduled conversation
Appointment Setting & Meeting Booking
Book qualified meetings between prospects and sales representatives using:
- Calendly
- Chili Piper
- HubSpot Meetings
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
Manage:
- Multiple calendars
- Prospect time zones
- Meeting confirmations
- Reminders
- Rescheduling
- Cancellations
Your goal is not simply to book meetings — it’s to help ensure qualified prospects actually show up.
Lead Qualification
Conduct initial qualification based on factors such as:
- Prospect needs
- Role and decision-making authority
- Business fit
- Budget alignment
- Timing and interest
Provide the sales team with clear context before every scheduled meeting.
CRM Management & Follow-Up
Maintain accurate prospect records in platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Zoho CRM
Log:
- Calls
- Emails
- Conversation notes
- Follow-up dates
- Appointment status
- Qualification information
- Meeting outcomes
Keep CRM records clean, current, and actionable.
Sales Team Collaboration
Work closely with:
- SDRs
- BDRs
- Account Executives
- Sales leadership
Provide detailed handoffs so sales reps understand:
- Who the prospect is
- Why they’re interested
- What they need
- Relevant qualification information
- Previous conversations and objections
Share recurring prospect feedback to help improve outreach and messaging.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track performance across:
- Calls made
- Emails sent
- Conversations generated
- Appointments booked
- Qualification rates
- Meeting show rates
- Follow-up completion
Identify issues such as low response or show rates and help improve outreach and scheduling processes.

Required Experience & Skills

1–2+ years of experience in:
- Appointment setting
- Inside sales
- Sales support
- Lead generation
- Customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable conducting outbound calls
- Experience with CRM platforms such as:
