AMSLead - Mainframe

Provide L2/L3 support for Mainframe applications in a 24x7 support environment.

Monitor production systems and proactively identify and resolve incidents.

Perform incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.

Strong experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.

Experience with Mainframe batch processing and job scheduling tools.

Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder management.

- You will work on Canada Time zone.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).

If you are a foreingner residing in Mexico, you must have a valid INE, CURP, NSS and RFC.
