Amazon Brand Manager

Flagship Growth is looking for a proactive, strategic, and detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client brands and drive sustainable growth across the Amazon marketplace.

This is a client-facing role for someone who combines strong Amazon expertise with excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a high level of ownership. You should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring strategies are executed effectively from planning to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and leading weekly client calls.

Develop and implement Amazon growth strategies across PPC, SEO, catalog management, listing optimization, and promotions.

Monitor account health, including listing performance, inventory levels, Buy Box, suppressed listings, and Brand Registry issues.

Analyze sales, advertising, and profitability data to identify opportunities and develop actionable growth plans.

Coordinate with PPC, creative, and operations teams to ensure timely execution of account strategies.

Identify potential risks and proactively resolve issues before they affect account performance.

Continuously test, optimize, and refine strategies to improve sales, profitability, and overall account performance.

Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on Amazon account management experience.

Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.

Previous experience working with an e-commerce agency is strongly preferred

Ability to independently manage 5–10 client brands simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Availability to work from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST.
