Hercules is hiring AI-native growth hackers . Your job is to help us grow from 100k users and $XXM of revenue to 100M users and $100M+ revenue as quickly as possible. You will have an unlimited AI budget.

We are looking for true AI power users. Not people who use ChatGPT to be 10 to 20% more productive. We want people who can use AI plus code to 100x themselves and do things that were not possible two years ago.

If you are a growth hacker at the cutting edge of AI, with a voracious appetite for experimentation, and you want the budget to scale your best playbook, this role is for you.
What you will do

Pick one specific growth wedge and own it end-to-end (programmatic SEO, paid ads, lifecycle, etc.)

Build an AI-driven system to execute it at scale

Run tight feedback loops: ship, measure, learn, repeat

Automate whatever is working so we can scale

What skills you need need

Exceptional AI skills (asynchronous agents, automations, evals and QA).

- Strong communication.

- Ability to code (TypeScript-first).

Track record running successful, large-scale growth strategies

Compensation

$100k to $250k plus equity (based on seniority and location).
Compensation Range: $100K - $200K
