AI Full Stack Developer (WFH)

About the job:
We are looking for an AI Full Stack Developer to build and ship AI-powered features across our products (REM Workers, REM Learners, REM Interns, REM Platforms and Stores of India), from LLM integrations and chatbots to full stack web applications.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain full stack web applications (frontend, backend, APIs and databases)

2. Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) into products via APIs and SDKs

3. Build AI chatbots and assistants for customer support, lead qualification and in-app help

4. Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, ChromaDB)

5. Design, test and optimize prompts and agent workflows for accuracy, speed and cost

6. Build AI-powered features such as content generation, smart search, recommendations and document parsing

7. Deploy, monitor and scale AI services on cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

8. Integrate AI features with third-party tools: CRMs, WhatsApp/chat APIs and payment systems

9. Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to ship features end to end

10. Write clean, documented, testable code and take part in code reviews

Other Requirements:
- 1. Experience with AI agents, function/tool calling or MCP
- 2. Fine-tuning or running open-source models (Hugging Face, Ollama)
- 3. Voice AI or speech-to-text/text-to-speech integration
- 4. WhatsApp Business API or chatbot platform experience
- 5. A portfolio or GitHub with live AI projects
- 6. Hands-on experience in full stack development (React/Next.js + Node.js or Python)
- 7. Must have built and shipped at least one AI/LLM-based project (chatbot, RAG, AI agent, etc.)
- 8. Comfortable with a 6-day work week
- 9. Can join immediately or within 15-30 days
