Senior Full Stack Developer (WFH)

About the job:
A. Backend Development (Python - Flask/Django/FastAPI)

Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration with frontend applications and high performance data flows.

Lead the development of complex business logic, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable backend systems aligned with long term product goals.

B. Frontend Development (Vue.js / React)

Build and enhance sophisticated, high performance user interfaces using modern frameworks like Vue.js or React.

Oversee the implementation of responsive and intuitive UI components that deliver exceptional user experiences across devices.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to translate design specifications into modular, reusable frontend components.

C. Database Management (SQL)

Design and manage scalable relational database schemas, ensuring data integrity, performance, and long term maintainability.

Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows to support backend services and analytics needs.

D. Docker & Containerization

Lead efforts to containerize applications using Docker, establishing efficient and reproducible development, testing, and deployment environments.

Manage and optimize Docker-based workflows, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and production ready container orchestration strategies.

E. Web Technologies & Engineering Best Practices

Develop secure, scalable, and high performance web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful architectures.

Enforce engineering best practices including performance optimization, secure coding standards, code reusability, and responsive design principles.

F. Collaboration & Agile Development

Play a key role in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, architectural discussions, and code reviews.

Mentor team members, streamline development processes, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and high-quality engineering.

G. Testing & Debugging

Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and end to end tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.

Lead debugging and performance-tuning efforts to identify root causes, enhance stability, and ensure a seamless user experience.
