AI Content Operator / Social Media Content Creator

We are a Dutch mobile app focused on saving money on groceries, meal planning and recipes.

We currently operate multiple social media channels across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook , and we are looking for a long-term AI Content Operator / Social Media Content Creator to help us scale our content production.

This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role.

We are looking for someone who is very comfortable using AI tools and can turn our content strategy into finished social media content. We determine the overall strategy, positioning, content formats and direction. Your responsibility is to take those guidelines and independently produce the actual content.

Your tasks may include:

- Using ChatGPT, Claude or similar AI tools for research and content creation

- Writing and improving prompts

- Generating AI images

- Generating short AI videos

- Creating recipe content, meal plans and other structured content with AI

- Creating content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

- Creating Reels and short-form videos

- Creating carousels and static posts

- Editing videos in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools

- Combining AI-generated video with app screen recordings

- Writing hooks, captions and CTAs

- Repurposing content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook

- Following content templates and SOPs

- Creating multiple variations of proven content formats

- Organizing content in our production workflow

We currently manage around 6 social media channels and plan to scale to 10–30 channels over time.

Different channels have different angles. For example, one channel may focus on affordable recipes, another on healthy meals, another on grocery savings, while another may use AI-generated people or short AI videos to promote Suppie.

You do not need to invent our entire marketing strategy yourself. We provide the strategy and examples. However, we do expect you to be able to independently turn a concept into finished content.

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience with tools such as:

- ChatGPT

- Claude

- Google Flow / Veo

- Higgsfield

- Midjourney or other AI image tools

- Canva

- CapCut

- Premiere Pro

You do not need experience with every tool above. Being comfortable learning new AI tools quickly is more important.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of social media content

- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram and/or Facebook

- Comfortable using AI tools daily

- Able to follow detailed instructions and SOPs

- Good visual sense

- Able to work independently

- Good written English

- Comfortable creating Dutch-language content with the help of AI

- Reliable and organized

Nice to have

- Short-form video editing experience

- AI image generation experience

- AI video generation experience

- Experience with e-commerce or app marketing

- Experience testing multiple creative variations
