Affiliate Manager - Brazil
Description
Investing .com is looking for a driven and strategic Affiliate Manager to lead and grow our affiliate and partnership activities in Brazil. This role combines affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, business development, and performance marketing, with ownership of the full partner lifecycle and a direct impact on Investing Pro subscription growth in the Brazilian market.
What you'll be doing:
Affiliate & Partnership Management
- Build and manage a portfolio of affiliate and commercial partners, including financial influencers, content creators, financial media, and affiliate networks.
- Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, from prospecting and outreach through onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Develop strong partner relationships and identify opportunities to grow and expand existing partnerships.
Influencer Marketing
- Identify, engage, and manage financial influencers and content creators across the Brazilian market.
- Develop campaign briefs, coordinate content delivery, and ensure campaigns meet brand and performance objectives.
- Manage ongoing influencer relationships and optimize partnerships based on performance.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across agencies, fintech platforms, financial educators, media partners, and other relevant commercial channels.
- Expand the affiliate network by identifying partners that can reach new audiences and drive incremental subscription growth.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives with affiliate and commercial partners.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze conversion and ROI data, and optimize campaigns to improve results and maximize subscription conversions.
Social Media & Brand Growth
- Leverage partner channels to expand Investing .com's visibility and reach in Brazil across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify opportunities to use partner audiences and content to support broader brand and growth initiatives in the Brazilian market.
Data & Competitor Analysis
- Track and report on affiliate, partner, and campaign performance.
- Use performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform partnership and campaign decisions.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities for the affiliate channel.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align partnership strategies with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to ensure campaigns and partner initiatives are delivered effectively.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, business development, or a related commercial partnership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Established network within the Brazilian financial content or influencer space.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance marketing principles.
- Experience managing influencer or affiliate campaigns across major social platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Active trader or investor with a genuine interest in financial markets.
- Native-level Portuguese with excellent written and verbal communication skills; business-level English.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into action.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple partner relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficiency with AI tools and the ability to apply them to marketing analysis and optimization.
Nice to have:
- Experience with or knowledge of Investing Pro or similar financial tools.
