ADS MANAGER

🚨 WE’RE HIRING: ADS MANAGER

Full-Time | Remote | $500 USD/month + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for an Ads Manager who can manage and scale paid advertising campaigns while using data to drive leads, appointments, sales, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns

* Manage ad budgets and creative testing

* Track CPL, ROAS, CAC, leads, appointments, and revenue

* Build reports, dashboards, and forecasts

* Analyze the sales funnel and recommend when to scale

* Monitor sales-team capacity and lead volume

Requirements:

✅ Meta Ads experience

✅ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills

✅ Sales funnel & performance analytics experience

✅ Creative and analytical mindset

✅ Experience with forecasting and campaign scaling

💰 $500/month base + uncapped performance commission
