Admissions Associate - Inside Sales - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:
Optima Learn (optimalearn.com) is an AI + human mentorship platform for CAT and MBA entrance prep. Our mentors are from IIMs and top B-schools, and the company was founded by an FMS Delhi alum who scored 99.78 percentile in CAT.

As an Admissions Associate, you will be the first person an aspirant speaks to at Optima Learn. You will understand where they are in their CAT journey, check whether our program is the right fit (and within their budget), and book them into a demo call with Ashwin (Founder) or Mridul. We are hiring for 2 full-time, remote positions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Call every new lead (sign-ups, enquiries, and ad leads) quickly and run the first conversation

2. Understand each aspirant's journey: attempts so far, mock scores, target B-schools, college/work schedule, and where they are stuck

3. Qualify every lead: is our program the right fit, and do they have the budget for it?

4. Book qualified aspirants into demo calls with Ashwin or Mridul

5. Follow up consistently on calls and WhatsApp until every lead has a clear next step: demo booked, nurtured, or closed

6. Update the CRM after every call with notes, budget, stage, and the next follow-up date

7. Own your numbers: calls made, demos booked, and demos that convert

8. Share what you hear on calls (objections, doubts, requests) so we can sharpen our pitch and programs

Other Requirements:

- 3. Laptop, smartphone, a quiet place to take calls, and stable internet for full-time remote work
- 4. Bonus if you have taken CAT or another MBA entrance exam
