Who we need
Reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA), we are hiring an Admissions Advisor to join our team. As our new Admissions Advisor, you will inspire and guide prospective students interested in advancing their careers through the programs offered by Toronto Film School . Acting as a trusted advisor, you will connect with prospective students, follow up on marketing-generated leads, understand each applicant's goals, and help them navigate the admissions process with confidence from initial inquiry through enrollment.
This is a remote role based in Ontario, with the ability to attend campus 2β3 times per term for events.

You will receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and continuous feedback to help you succeed in a highly KPI-driven environment. Whether you come from fitness, automotive, luxury retail, or another relationship-based sales environment, this role will allow you to channel your strengths into work that is both financially rewarding and deeply fulfilling.
Unlimited earning potential. You will work with marketing-generated leads and prospective students who have expressed interest in our programs, allowing you to focus on meaningful conversations. With uncapped commission, you have direct ownership over your results and earning potential while building trusted relationships and guiding prospective students toward programs that fit their goals and lifestyle.
