Admission Counsellor - Fresher (WFH)

About the job:
As an Admission Counsellor at Bharatshila Initiative Private Limited, you'll guide prospective applicants through the admission process, answer their questions, and help them take clear next steps. You'll combine thoughtful communication with a sales-minded approach to support informed decisions and keep applications moving.

Key Responsibiltiies:

1. Respond to enquiries by phone, email, or other available channels, sharing accurate information and addressing applicants' questions.

2. Understand each applicant's needs and interests, then explain relevant admission options and next steps clearly.

3. Follow up with prospective applicants in a timely, considerate way to maintain engagement and support their decision-making.

4. Guide applicants through forms, document requirements, and key process milestones, checking that submissions are complete.

5. Track enquiries and application progress, keeping records and follow-up notes accurate and up to date.

6. Identify common concerns or points of confusion and communicate them to colleagues to help improve applicant support.

7. Work toward agreed enrolment or conversion goals by managing your follow-ups consistently and communicating with confidence.
