Ad & Funnel Setup Specialist (WFH)

About the job:
You make sure AD & FUNNEL SETUP goes smoothly.

Build7C builds and runs acquisition systems for coaches, consultants, and

expert-led businesses. Your job is to make sure every account, every

campaign, and every funnel is built correctly before a single rupee is

spent through it.

Key responsibilities:

1. Ad account and campaign setup: Business Manager, ad accounts, page roles, payment methods, domain verification, pixel, Conversions API, audiences, campaign and ad set structure, creative uploads, naming, and the QA pass before launch.

2. Funnel setup: Landing and thank-you pages, forms, automations, payment pages,

webhooks, and verifying every event actually fires.

3. Running ads: Watching the numbers daily and flagging what needs changing. We are telling you the split up front because the 60% is the job. If what you want is to decide budgets and scale winners, this is not that role, and you will be bored by week three.

Build7C runs on live ad spend, real payment gateways, and real clients on

Zoom. Small team, so you work directly with the founder, Tushar Gulati,

and you see the whole machine - the offer, the funnel, the calls, the

close rate - not just your corner of it.

- A. You'll be great here if you have:
- 1. You have set up Meta ad accounts and campaigns yourself, from zero.
- 2. Created them, not been added to them.
- 3. You have a naming convention, and you can tell me what it is.
- 4. You check your own work before you hand it over. "It is built" and "it is working" are different sentences to you.
- 5. You know how to give an agency access to a client's Business Manager without taking ownership of it.
- 6. You can explain a technical thing to a non-technical client without making them feel stupid. This is the rarest skill on this list.
- 7. You speak English, Hindi, and Hinglish comfortably.
- 8. We will train you on our full stack and our checklist. You will not be thrown in the cold.
