Accounts Executive - BPO (WFH)

About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

2. Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate financial records.

3. Assist with invoice processing, verification, and documentation.

4. Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliation activities.

5. Assist in maintaining ledgers and updating financial transactions.

6. Help prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets.

7. Identify and report discrepancies in financial records.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve routine accounting queries.

9. Follow established accounting procedures and maintain data confidentiality.

10. Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, quality, and turnaround time targets.

- 1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).

- 3. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- 4. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- 5. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- 6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 7. Willingness to learn accounting tools, software, and client-specific processes.
- 8. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
